International Distribution - Widening the Net

International distribution is a way of further distributing music to media outlets in other countries. Aligning ourselves with the top music providers in specific territories enable our catalog to effectively distributed for film, television, advertising, corporate videos, and more not just here in the United States, but world-wide.

The way it works is that all music under the umbrella of our publishing companies are included in this deal. Licenses are split between the sub-publisher and (us) and then again with the artist. We end up splitting 50% of our publisher's share royalties with the distributor while 100% of the writer's share performance royalties are paid directly to the writers through reciprocal agreements with foreign performing rights organizations.

More plainly, the international distribution is much more exposure. Because of the splits, the artists and we end up taking a hit on the licensing fee, and the artist fully benefits from the performance royalties.
