Step 2Download the VTown Cartel Music Publishing Agreement. This document should be viewed on Adobe Reader to be viewed correctly. Download file:Please login first to download this file. Open in Adobe Reader. You can either print or type in the necessary information in the appropriate fields. Digital signatures are acceptable. Once completed, re-scan or "pdf print" to prepare for upload. Page 1 - Fill out the primary music provider information. Page 2 - Enter the date. Then enter name and address information similar to page 1. Do not forget to sign or add digital signature. If you are under 18, please have parent or guardian sign on the appropriate line. Page 7 - If anyone has any additional rights to the material you are submitting, have them sign on this page. If you are in a band and co-wrote any material, they would sign here. If you recorded tracks, and some other individual has any type of claim on the master, they would sign here also. If anyone of these individuals is under 18, please have parent or guardian sign on the appropriate line. Page 8 - Enter the song title, writer, writer's affiliation, and writer's percentage(s). Example: My First Song / David Roth (50% BMI) Chris Davis (50% Ascap)
